Hello and welcome to TLC Social! My name is Ellenie and I’ve been a freelance digital marketer since 2016. I started working online as a VA when my first son was a toddler. My husband Trevor was working more than full time as an accountant at a medical supply company. He was always stuck in traffic for hours going to work and coming home and I was pretty much alone every day. All I wanted was to make a little side income to be able to help pay the bills. I hustled during naps and bedtime, I didn’t really sleep for the first year of my business, made a lot of mistakes along the way thankfully I learned from them. I ended up switching to social media management for my clients. My business went from making $150 per month as a VA to making 6 figures a year as a SMM and then was able to have my husband come home and work with me on our business! TLC Social grew incrementally throughout the years and then the pandemic really propelled it forward even more. In 2020, we welcomed our second baby boy and worked and raised him together while still working for our clients every day. Now I have a new found my passion for blogging and I also help work at home moms with service based businesses polish up their systems and organize their business so that they can scale to 6 figures like I did!
